After the sale and installation is over we will be there when you need us. We know that systems have problems and hardware unfortunately does break down From time to time. And we also know that when you are faced with system problems You do not have the time to stop managing your office and fix a hardware problem. You want someone his or her ASAP to get you up and running again.

We at Piedmont Micro Inc take great pride in our ability to dispatch a technician as quickly as possible. We have someone LIVE answering our phones 24 hours a day and we promise that you will never have to press a series of touch tone buttons to speak with someone. Once we know about your problem we will arrange a time to have you or someone in your office speak directly with a technician who will determine weather the system can be repaired while on the phone or if the technician will need to visit your office to effect the necessary repairs. If a problem that cannot be repaired on site occurs, we have spare computers that can be put into service should that need arise. This service is free to all customers that are using system originally purchased from Piedmont Micro Inc.

A daily rental fee will apply to all non Piedmont Micro Inc computer systems or systems that are not covered by a Piedmont Micro Inc service contract.

Piedmont Micro Inc can also provide you with regular monthly system/network maintenance contracts. The contracts are annual contracts that provide you and your office systems with regular system checkups and because we are able to maintain the systems for you. We sell our services at a greatly reduced hourly rate. Please call our office and request additional information. One of our staff members will be most happy to visit your office free of charge and help you work out the right maintenance plan for you and your office.
